Bringing more than 35 years of experience to the real estate industry, Jeff’s deep understanding of ranch, recreational, and land properties—combined with his integrity and dedication to clients—has made him a trusted leader in the field and a valued member of the SATP network.

Licensed as a real estate broker in both Colorado and Florida, Jeff is a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Realtors Land Institute, where he earned the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. Bringing experience across virtually every facet of the land business—including acquisitions, sales and marketing, land planning, entitlements, and development—Jeff has also served in senior executive roles with nationally recognized real estate companies and continues to share his leadership as a member of the Sports Afield Trophy Properties Planning Council. Since 1995, his work has focused heavily on the ranches and land of Central and Southern Colorado, where he has successfully guided complex transactions involving conservation easements, mineral and water rights, ranch and farm management, hunting and grazing leases, family trust matters, and negotiations with state and federal agencies. With experience spanning nearly every region of the United States, Jeff’s depth of knowledge and professionalism continue to distinguish him in the land real estate industry.
