January 23, 2026 – Jeff and Cody Switzer of Rocky Mountain Ranch & Land recently attended the REALTORS® Land Institute Colorado Chapter’s Marketing and Educational Meeting held at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Colorado RLI Chapter is known as one of the nation’s strongest state chapters. This meeting brought together over 100 top producing brokers who specialize in the farm, ranch, and recreataional land industry. The meeting was an opportunity for attendees to market new listings, network with fellow professionals, and advance their knowledge and education base.

Members of the REALTORS® Land Institute specialize in land brokerage related to all types of land, including specialty properties, including: farms, ranches, recreational, timberland, vineyards, orchards, undeveloped tracts of land, transitional and development land, subdivision and lot wholesaling, site selection and assemblage of land parcels, appraisals and land valuation, auctions, and farm and land management.
